New Quizzes Pilot
TMI is currently facilitating a small scale pilot of New Quizzes for Canvas with a group of faculty volunteers. New Quizzes is expected to be available for all faculty during the Summer 2024 semester.
Discussions/Announcements Redesign
Visual interface and feature improvements are coming in the Summer of 2024 to both Discussions and Announcements as noted below:
- The toolbar will be moved to the top for both tools.
- Newest replies will display at the top of the first page.
- Users will be able to sort replies from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest.
- Users will be able to quickly move to the top of the discussion or announcement.

Lucid Education Suite & Canvas
Beginning in the Summer of 2024, Canvas users will have access to the Lucid Education Suite within Canvas, at no additional cost. The Lucid Education Suite comprises Lucidspark, a collaborative virtual whiteboard and Lucidchart, an intelligent diagramming application. Read more...
